Dear San Diego TNA Members:
The TNA national conference is being held September 12th in Detroit
Michigan this year.
Support group leaders as well as local members are invited to attend. All
support group leaders are urged to be present so that they can learn new
information to be able to share with their local support group members.
There will be one extra day of meetings for the support group leaders,
which will be on September 11th. Support group leaders from all over the
United States, as well as from other countries, will be attending.
One vital aspect of being a support group leader is “Telephone Support”.
We receive two to six phone calls a month from TN sufferers in the San
Diego, Riverside and Orange County areas. Many are experiencing
severe pain cycles and are desperate in how to cope. Some are on the
edge of suicide and feel that we are their last hope.
The September 11th meetings will provide us with more knowledge and
insight to be able to help these callers. We are looking for sponsors to
assist us in paying the $ 1,200.00 cost to be able to attend this
conference.
These fees include hotel accommodations as well as airfare and
conference registration fees. Any incidental charges, including food and
automobile rental, we will be paying on our own.
Any donation amount will be appreciated. In order for it to be a deduction
